A theme is the overall design template for your site — it defines layout, fonts, colors, header, footer structure, sidebar positioning, and general visual style.
You can only have one active theme at a time. However, you can switch between them as needed & can go for custom theme development as well.
No — your pages, posts, products, and content remain intact. What changes is how that content is displayed. However, some widgets or custom elements may need re-assigning if the new theme doesn’t support them in exactly the same way.
A payment gateway is a service that securely processes customer payments on your online store. It allows customers to pay via credit/debit cards, e-wallets (like eSewa or Khalti), PayPal, or other supported methods.
Steaky supports popular global gateways like Stripe and PayPal, along with local wallets (eSewa, Khalti IME Pay, FonePay QR, etc.) depending on your region. You can also enable Cash on Delivery (COD) as an offline option.
Yes. Most gateways (Stripe, PayPal, eSewa, Khalti IME Pay, FonePay) require a verified merchant account before you can accept payments.
Yes. If you want, you can enable Cash on Delivery in the payment settings for customers who prefer to pay after receiving products.

Yes. Most integrated delivery partners in Nepal allow Cash on Delivery. The collected payment will be settled with you by the courier company as per their policy.
Some partners provide real-time shipping rate integration, while for others you may set flat or custom delivery charges in your Steaky dashboard.
Pending – Order placed but not yet processed
Processing – Order is being packed or prepared
Shipped/Out for Delivery – Order handed over to the delivery partner
Completed – Order successfully delivered
Cancelled – Order cancelled by customer or admin
Yes. Open the order in your dashboard and update its status (e.g., from Pending → Processing → Shipped).
Yes. Each order includes an option to print invoices/receipts for packaging and delivery purposes.
